YOGA WITH RACHEL HALE AT MT
We are so pleased to announce that along with the beautiful Rachel Hale, we are offering Yoga classes.
This is a by reservation class, it is imperative that you RSVP to secure a spot.
Classes will be small, lots of room to get hands on attention for.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
HATHA
Hatha yoga is a set series of physical postures (asanas) coinciding with breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation to promote better health and connection to self and spirit. The Hatha series stimulates flexibility, strength and balance through its offering of beneficial exercises for the body and mind . Good for all levels.
VINYASA
Vinyasa is a flowing and creative sequence that is always changing form. Linking postures (asanas) together through breath (pranayama) this exciting style activates stamina and strength. Great for individuals looking to deepen their practice and for beginners looking for a new way to stimulate their body and get their blood flowing.
POWER FLOW
Power Flow is designed to strengthen and tone the body while encouraging flexibility and agility. The activation of the minds will power, focus and determination can have a meditative effect, getting the participant into a zone. This is a great class for people interested in creating new limits for themselves mentally and physically. All levels encouraged.
- Each class is 60mins.
- Bring water, mat and towel (optional). There are limited extra mats available at the space.
- Classes are $12 each, cash only.
- Wear comfortable clothes that allow movement.
- Please show up a little early to get yourself organized and settled in the room
WALK-IN CLOSET with Natasha Singh
We are so pleased to announce that our very first instalment of WIC with collaborator (and genius behind this idea) Natasha Singh of Singhnature (click to see more pictures) was a huge success.
Since then we have signed up 4 anxious amazing women who are looking to Spring clean and start new beginnings – open up closet space for new life, new loves.

High Tea

Open Studio with Mike Giant & Sam Flores
Last Wednesday we hosted a very special Open Studio for Mike Giant and Sam Flores.
Two and a half hours of artful conversations and doodling on tables and mini canvas’ – the inks in our sharpies and table top markers almost streamed empty.
Much love to all our beloved friends who were able to come out and graciously grace us with their amazing energy and excitement to play.
We encourage all to book a private Open Studio for you and your friends and practice the art of play.

MT does OOAK
A few weeks ago we went to the One Of A Kind Show and explored the work and goodies of local Canadian artisans. We ran into some familiar faces, and had the pleasure of meeting new ones!
